Founded in India in 1946, MRF has grown to be the 15th largest global tire manufacturer in the world. In 1996 MRF paved their way into motorsports when they formed their first ever F3 team. From there, MRF made their move into rally when they entered the APRC (Asia-Pacific Rally Championship) in 2001, winning their first year out of the gate and again in 2003. MRF went on to be the team to beat as they won the APRC six more times with their most recent win in 2017 with Gaurav Gill's third career first-place victory. In 2018, Gill and MRF took on the harshest of competition and made their first appearance on the global level by entering the WRC (World Rally Championship). Check out the video below of Gill and co-driver Glenn MacNeal taking on a stage in Italy and learn more about MRF here.
